The small print, in plain language

• Minimum of R3,500 per month per business, on a 12 month agreement, then 30 days notice.
• Servers are an add-on at R600 per server per month.
• Once-off setup: R2,500 for up to 10 devices, which covers the audit, monitoring setup and documentation. R150 for each extra device.
• Security, backup and cloud licences are billed separately.
• Support is fair use. Work beyond the plan, projects and hardware installs are billed at R650 per hour, or R450 per hour for remote work.
• We support clients anywhere in South Africa. After setup we work remotely. If a visit on site is needed, travel is charged on top at R650 per hour of travel time plus R7.50 per km, with tolls, flights and accommodation at cost. You get an estimate before we travel.
